Ingredients (for 1 serving):
Holy Avocado edamame burger
Holy Avocado mini halves
1 burger bun (sesame bun recommended)
2 tbsp beetroot spread (or beet hummus)
Lettuce leaves
Optional: olive oil or butter for toasting
Instructions:
Heat a pan with a little oil over medium heat. Fry the Holy Avocado edamame burger for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through.
Slice the bun in half and lightly toast until golden.
Spread the beetroot spread on the bottom bun.
Add the lettuce.
Place the warm edamame avocado burger on top.
Add the cheese while the burger is still hot.
Top with avocado slices.
Close with the top bun.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
